Rebuilding Biblical Foundations in 2020: A Year Long Study of Genesis 1 - Day 5 Week 5/53 : EARTH

I FEEL THE EARTH MOVE ... This morning I am working on an essay with the Key Words EARTH (SOIL) and HEAVEN as well as working on my BSF homework. My personal reading of my Gardener’s Bible is the thing that is getting the least attention right now.

The reading of this quote has had me extremely conflicted for some time now!

1) I just don’t Biblically believe we are SOIL.

2) My scientists son would say soil has different properties than dust.

3) How can one be both soil and seed?

4) Fruit grown from seed has seed in them.

5) What do you think?

According to Wikipedia Earth Day was first celebrated in 1970! Of course this means Earth Day will be fifty years old this year.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

It seams if we read the text, heaven was created before Earth.

It seams if we read the text our eternal home was created prior to our earthly home.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

In the beginning we have Supreme God creating place for us.

Is this not just like a young couple creating a nursery for the pending arrival of a new born.

The clock is ticking.
Her belly is swelling.
Soon it will be time.

In the beginning we have Supreme God creating place for us too!

Last week I learned but failed to mention the extreme to me number of times the Lord speaks of shaking Heave and Earth.

I will shake the heavens

Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
