In Person: Bible Exposition for Women Weekend Workshops
My Mother's favorite writer was Anne Spencer (1882-1975)!
I have never personally read any of her works. But, my Mother was an avid reader, who always spoke highly of Anne Spencer. Years after the death of my dearly departed Mother I was inspired by the historic literary salons of the Renaissance writer and poet Anne Spencer. It's at that time I began to dream of such a SALON, which would engage, encourage, equip and empower would be WOMEN messengers of the WORD!
What is Bible Exposition
Bible exposition is the actual everyday practice of intentional messaging which explains the meaning of an ancient scripture passage in the language of a modern day audience of one or many. The aim of Bible exposition is to accurately communicate the original message of the Biblical author and to help a current audience better study and interpret the WORD on their own.
